ANSWER TO SHELFY SMITH AND THE CASE OF THE CUP
Shelfy went red.
"Are you doing this to prove that you can come along with us on cases like this?"
"No, duh," Walker replied, turned to Sherlock, and continued, "When shown the cup, people would suspect that he was poisoned or something. How could Bobby know that he was clobbered?"
A few minutes later, Bobby was arrested and taken in for questioning.

SHELFY SMITH AND THE CASE OF THE PIZZA
Davey Jones, Joey Jones' son (Joey Jones was a suspect in the last case, remember?), came to the Walking Shelf Agency one day for help to solve a case.
"Pizza? Seriously? That's what this is about?" Walker asked Davey. Davey nodded.
"Ugly Jule took it, ate a slice, and ran off with the whole box," Davey said. "He owes me $13!"
Shelfy and Walker shook their heads-- Ugly Jule and Ugly Red were the 14-year-old bullies of the century. They did whatever they could to ruin people's lives. So they decided to get Davey's pizza back for him, and went to the "Red Jewels" Shed-- where the Uglies hung out.
"Whatcha mean, I stole dis pissa?" Ugly Jule said, and rolled his eyes. "Me mum bought this-- both Red and I have eaten two pieces. And you say I ate a piece before takin' off with it? What ja want from me, eh? Why don't you get the last pizza slice, sucka?"
Davey looked at the last slice of pizza, dissapointed. He turned to Shelfy.
"How can you prove that he stole it from me?"
Shelfy looked at the pizza box and thought. Suddenly she smiled.
"Oh, no," Walker mumbled. Shelfy told him to shut up.
"You stole the pizza, Jule. I can prove it. Here's what I'll tell the police," she said, and whispered in his ear. His eyes widened in terror and he pulled out $13.
"Knock yourself out," he said, and handed the money to Shelfy. Outside, Davey thanked Shelfy.
"How did you prove it?"

Comment by Eric V on October 22, 2009 at 4:23pm - hard so hard, I'm going to guess if i was in this situation, that shelfy said to Jule something fake and Jule knows that if she told the police that, the police would believe her. so Jule gave her the $13 dollars so she wouldn't. i think that this is perfectly logical, but i bet that it isn't how the story goes. amazing mysteries by the way.
